This Fox Racing V3 helmet features the new Multi-Directional Impact Protection system or MIPS which emulates the cerebrospinal fluid, aiming to create a low-friction layer between the head and the helmet. There's also the improved Magnetic Visor Release System (MVRS) which allows the visor to flex before breaking away for additional impact management. The dual-density Varizorb EPS liner, meanwhile, spreads the force across a wide surface area for added protection. And the EPP chin bar helps manage energy during impact while also maintaining lower weight.

The Fox V3 RS Rigz Helmet is also designed with MCT (Multi Composite Technology) Shell construction that blends Carbon and FRP resins to provide a light yet rigid external shell. The updated design also includes injected mesh vent screens that provide optimal airflow and ventilation while maintaining protection from debris. Plus, the inside is lined with X-Static® comfort liner with emergency release cheek pads. It's removable and washable as well as antimicrobial. It wicks moisture away and manages odor.
